I will never go back to the Applebees in Edwardsville. The last 2 times I've been there, the food has been terrible. I guess you could say the "straw that broke the camel's back" was my last visit, when I ordered the Chicken Broccoli Pasta Alfredo Bowl. There was absolutely NO CHICKEN in it. Then, not only did the waiter NOT offer to bring any chicken to put in it, but he also acted like he did not believe me. Where would I have hidden the chicken, in my purse? At least he didn't charge us for mine. I couldn't believe that.

Crystal Catering and Specialties is the best caterer I have ever had!! Their food was amazing as was the service!! Their waiters/ servers were very professional and extremely nice. Liz was such a doll!! She is the sweetest person I have ever met!! I will definitely use them the next time I need a caterer in the future!!!
